Work Less Earn More: Top Productivity Tip

Most people work hard instead of work smart.
And professionals, freelancers and small business owners are working the hardest.

In the video below you learn:

  • how to use the Pareto Principle to work smarter instead of harder;
  • how to be more productive, get more done, be efficient and… earn more.

The bad news is that most small business owners believe that working hard is “normal”. That it’s the RIGHT way. Because everyone else works that hard too.

Unfortunately, that’s not even the worse news.

So many professionals, freelancers and entrepreneurs struggle to get clients, work too hard for clients that don’t generate enough profit, and put a lot of energy on activities that make almost no difference for their business.

But here is the good news!
When you really understand the Pareto Principle, you can cut 80% of your effort and you can easily free 80% of your time.

The Pareto Law has NOTHING to do with your skills, but it is the most important success habit of all successful people, and when you really get it…

  • you will focus only on those that are eager to buy your products;
  • you will focus only on what generates you true profit and let go of everything else;
  • you will invest your precious time only where it gives you the most return on your investment.

In this video, you learn exactly how to use the Pareto principle to:

  • change your focus towards the things that matter;
  • generate more profit;
  • free more of your time; and...
  • create a bigger impact in your business and in your clients’ life.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

We understand that as a small business owner, you have to learn in practice what works and what doesn’t, by trial and error. Sometimes even to bankruptcy…

You will understand how to use the Ultimate Marketing System to boost your profits, how to do value marketing instead of content marketing, and finally how to double your prices (while gaining more clients).

You’ll also get a step-by-step plan to attract more and better customers that will keep coming back.

Follow this life changing experience from the comfort of your home and learn how to fulfill your greatest potential as a freelancer or an entrepreneur, and double your income, while doubling your free time.

  • Jurgen Doll says:

    I was thinking, from the moment we are allowed to reopen (horeca), to introduce some kind of loyalty card.

    That way I can reward my regular customers and new customers can also be attracted by this. And I think that, given the lack of social contacts in recent months, many people will discover or rediscover the horeca.

    Kind Regards,

    Jurgen

  • Thanks again for highlighting this insight.
    I am going to call at least 1 A-customer every week. In the recent past, I have again discovered that this requires little effort and yields great results.
    Kind regards,
    Ben

    Good to hear the 80/20 rule again.
    It reminds me to focus on my most productive clients.
    I am thinking about giving them some perks and specials for their loyalty.
    Right now there are plenty of new people coming, so I will keep the 80/20 rule in mind from the beginning with them.

  • I thought you weren’t going to do any business stuff anymore…but oppurtunities knocks hard huh…?
    Good for ya mate! 🙂

    • It’s all recordings of our trainings, Dora.
      Same value, but you can watch it at home, anytime.

  • This is great! Missing the bootcamp and live training 🙂 was so great!

    Thank you for sharing this.
    Blessing your day! With love, Krista Josepha

  • I already own your videos and I can highly recommend them.

    In fact, without Nisandeh’s lessons, my company wouldn’t have made it.

    Thanks for all your valuable lessons, Nisandeh!

    • Great to hear, and thank you for sharing, Marcel.
      Any example you can share of how you use the 20/80 rule in your business/life?

      • You’re welcome Nisandeh,

        The easy example I can give is that one customer brings the most benefits to my company over the other customers. I think posting blogs also meets this requirement. I certainly don’t invest 80 percent of my activities in blogging and that will be around 20 percent. The effect of my blogs does contribute to an 80 percent return.

  • Ellen Croese says:

    The profit I want in my work is fun. So I just want to focus on the clients I have a good connection with.

  • Still following your advice I heard some years ago; get in line, stay in line. I never give up. Working gives me energy, even when I work hard, do a lot on a day.

  • I will make a list of the clients that made me most of my profits and focus my attention on them. Thanks for this huge insight.

    • You’re welcome, Manny.
      My suggestion… come up with 10 ideas how to focus your attention on your most profitable clients, and then pick up one or two ideas and implement them ASAP.
      As you see the results, implement some of the next ideas…

  • Heard it before these lessons, during one of your programs years ago. Interesting. But how to find these 20% minority clients, when they never bought your products, or when you lost all your former clients by a collapsed market by covid 19. Looking for new clients in a changed world/market.
    Thanks again for the video. Good luck.

    • Good question, Jur…
      If they never bought your products – they’re not clients.
      I don’t even know if they’re prospects.
      Let’s assume that they’re on your mailing list…
      Send an email regularly to your mailing list, and always include a call to action.
      Those that regularly respond to your call to action (even if it’s just – “read my blog”) – are your best prospects… focus on them.
      Hope that helps…
