Thank you Vered for this powerful meditation.
I realized that my feeling of getting stuck at times stems from the fact that I demand a specific result from myself. Therefore, I now just re-establish my intention for what I want to achieve and trust that I will take the right actions.
Thank You for this constructive Meditation.

Very Relating
Thanks for your input Roos.
Would love to hear what did you get from it?
It’s good to “taste” this kind approach, however not my preference.
I’ve learned other and better things from Nisandeh
Thanks for your input Alex. This approach is definitely not the only one and each person is unique, so different approaches work for different people.
Curious to know what methods work for you to release stress and relax?
Wow this war powerful meditation. I will start to use the stop sign whenever I have negative thoughts
Great relaxation, many thx Vered! Especially the 3 x breath in and out technique I found very useful in many occasions 🙂
Thanks Eduard. Breathing is certainly a powerful tool for life, otherwise we stop living☺️…
Would love to hear what other methods have you found to help you in releasing stress and relax
I feel warm and more safe and secure now, because I have got the idea that I can control stress and negative thoughts. Thank you very much, Vered! I notice that I have to learn to just observe parts of my body without immediately feel the need to change something in their position or state. But I will take my time.
That’s a great observation Tineke.
Thanks for this valuable input.
I wonder… would this work for my kids as well? They won’t understand the English…
It’s a great question Gerdy, thanks for it.
It depends how old the kids are… if they are younger than 6-8 years I wouldn’t give them visualizations anyway, more guide them through breathing techniques or exercises of active movement. Small kids are so resilient they still have the ability to let go of stress more than grownups.
If they are older, I would do a simultaneous translation… anyway the visualization is more to our unconscious mind than our conscious mind, so the translation can relax the conscious part that is stressed of not understanding and allowing the message and energy to go deeper
Thank you. I sometimes use for my oldest one visualizations- I tell him a story where I take him to a peaceful place, and it really helps. He is very sensitive and during the day if he gets too much to process, he has a hard time falling asleep. I will definitely try it.
