This was great, it is getting easier every day. I noticed I am feeling less overwhelmed during the day and I think it is because of the mindfullness.
That’s such great news Marjolein. That’s the whole point of Mindfulness, the more you practice, the more it becomes easier.
Keep on noticing those small changes in daily life.
Sometimes even when the sitting itself was not as “successful” as you wish it be, if you only notice it without judgment, you’ll achieve a lot during the day.
Know the clouds from Energetische Meditation but focus on the blue sky was new and made me feel growing and relaxing. Being is what that made me. Nice ❤️
