MINDFULNESS - dealing with doubts
Welcome to lesson 12 of the Introduction to Mindfulness course.
We're getting closer to the end of the course.
And today, we're going to be working with the last of the major common obstacles in meditation... doubt.
Doubt comes in many forms during meditation.
Sometimes, it comes in the form of doubting yourself... and sometimes, doubt comes in the form of doubting the practice, or the method.
Unfortunately, doubt can be a huge obstacle to meditation practice.
It can make you not even want to sit down to meditate, or to get up and actually leave your meditation once you've started.
So, how do we work with doubt?
In today’s guided meditation, we're going to be go through a process of noticing and labeling doubt.

What I came aware is that a lot doubt is gone in the time, I’m more calm in situations and take my dissisions.
Eventually I find out that it could be better, than I can chance it and if that happend it wil be my lesson te learn. Thank you Vered, you made me more aware. And stil it can always be better, I ‘m working on it.
I discovered I have a lot of self doubt, but never was aware of this. Now I know, I can work to let it go. Thank you!
