AFFIRMATIONS FOR WORKING OUT

Make these affirmations work for you by following these practices:

  • Play the affirmations for working out audio (below) and repeat each affirmation in your mind OR out loud - twice a day:
  • Do the first round in the morning, as soon as you can after waking up.
    This ensures you have a positive start to the day.
  • Do the second round in the evening, just before going to sleep.
    This ensures you have positive thoughts in your mind while you sleep.
  • Make a commitment to listen and repeat the affirmations for seven days.
    Think long term, and don’t give up.

    It is easy exercising daily, the moment it starts to become a habit. 30 more days to go…..I think I will use a counting-steps tool as well, to make sure I move enough every day……

      That’s great way of keeping up with your work out Alma.

      Another way you could use is set an alarm for every hour (or 90 minutes) to remind you to move for 1-5 minutes and then go back to what you’re doing.
      I’ve found that the most effective (for me) in reminding me to move, especially when I’m on a strict writing regime.

    Awesome text for me Vered. Thank you very much for your commitment to make A difference in my life.

    My insight from it is: I really need to stop sabotaging my inner power by not exercising enough.

    It will be on my daily program to make it a habit again. I used to run 3 times a week, so I do know the advantages of being really fit energised and less stressed.

    Exercise is the best stress release, yes!

    I will daily built that up to feel myself getting stronger, fysically and mentally.
