Make these affirmations work for you by following these practices:
- Play the affirmations for focus and clarity audio (below) and repeat each affirmation in your mind OR out loud - twice a day:
- Do the first round in the morning, as soon as you can after waking up.
This ensures you have a positive start to the day.
- Do the second round in the evening, just before going to sleep.
This ensures you have positive thoughts in your mind while you sleep.

Basically I have trouble managing 5 goals in 5 different areas, and some of them consisting of multiple subgoals/ activities which can not all be done linear.
At the end I am basically often working on 1-2 areas maximum and the multiple subgoals/ activities here.
I am curious to learn how I could do/ approach it differently without getting overwhelmed.

The idea is that you focus on those 5 areas as your main focus.
Having them in your focus does not mean that you need to work on all of them in the same day.
You can dedicate each day of the week to an area and a goal and work on them on that specific day.
The point is that at the end of the week you have moved one step forward towards those goals.

I want to focus more on all aspects of my life, so that I experience them all optimally and can exert optimal influence and accept optimally. This applies to sports, meditation, cooking, showing interest in my daughter and husband and friends and working in various projects. It’s a bit ambitious, but I think it makes my life more fun and, above all, more meaningful.
